Your workspace URL
Every organization gets its own Teluul address, such as:
https://johnsinsurancecorp.teluul.com
That address is your workspace (also called your subdomain). Your team signs in and works there — not on the public marketing site alone.
How the subdomain is chosen
Teluul builds the subdomain from the Organization name you entered at signup by removing spaces. For example:
- Organization: Johns Insurance Corp
- Workspace URL: johnsinsurancecorp.teluul.com
If that name is already taken, Teluul adds a number automatically:
- First signup →
johnsinsurancecorp.teluul.com - Next with the same name →
johnsinsurancecorp1.teluul.com - Then →
johnsinsurancecorp2.teluul.com, and so on
Using your workspace
- Bookmark your workspace URL so you can return quickly.
- Share the workspace name or full URL with teammates when you invite them.
- You can open your workspace by typing the subdomain in the browser, then entering username and password.
Changing your subdomain
The first subdomain is assigned automatically. A superadmin can request a change later from organization settings.
