Assign users after a sandbox is created
After a sandbox is ready, use the control next to it to allocate sandbox user access. Only people who should test in that sandbox need to be added.
Who you can assign
Pick users who already belong to your organization subdomain. Roles that matter here:
- Sandbox Admin — create, edit, and delete sandboxes; add or remove Sandbox Users; full admin access inside sandboxes
- Sandbox User — access sandboxes assigned to them by a Sandbox Admin
Full role wording lives under Roles and Permissions. Invite new people first with Invite User if they are not in the org yet.
