Tool Selection page
Administrators of your organization have a Tool Selection page where tools are turned on and off. It is a simple list with a checkbox for each tool. The list will grow as we add more tools.
Open Tool Selection in your workspace at /tools/selection/.
Only a Super Administrator or Administrator can change Tool Selection.
Tools that need other tools
Some tools need another tool to work. For example, a complete call center tool needs a basic phone call tool. In Teluul today, Sandbox needs API Access.

How to turn a tool on or off
- Sign in as an Administrator or Super Administrator.
- Open Tool Selection at
/tools/selection/. - Find the tool in the list.
- Turn the tool on or off for the whole organization.
New organizations start with tools off. An admin must turn a tool on before anyone can start a free trial or buy seats for it.
When you turn a tool off
- Billing is adjusted for that tool
- Users lose import and edit access for that tool
- Your data is not deleted
- Users can still view and export where allowed
