How to start a free trial
- Open the product tool you want to try in your workspace.
- Start the 14 day free trial for that tool (each tool has its own trial).
- During the trial, everyone in the organization gets view, import, edit, and export for that tool.
You will not be charged when the trial ends unless you choose a subscription and complete payment.
How to buy import and edit seats
- Decide who pays — Company or User (see Payment Methods and Billing Settings).
- Make sure the right payment method is on file (org card for Company, your card for User).
- Choose the tool and the people who need import and edit.
- Select Buy Plan / checkout. Stripe opens so you can confirm payment.
- After payment succeeds, those people become paid seats for that tool.
If the organization already has at least one paid seat for the tool, other users can keep view and export for free. Each extra person who needs import and edit needs their own paid seat.
When payor is Company
A Billing Administrator or Super Administrator usually picks who gets import and edit and runs checkout on the organization card. The user’s payor still says Company so charges go to the org.
When payor is User
That person adds their own billing information, then buys seats that are charged to them. This is common for contractors or outside collaborators.
Adding or removing seats later
When you add or remove paid import and edit access mid-month, the subscription quantity updates. Stripe prorates: you pay for the remaining days when you add someone, and credits apply when you remove someone.
You manage this under Subscriptions and Billing and Usage in settings.
