Who can create a sandbox
A Sandbox Admin, Administrator, or Super Administrator can create and manage sandboxes. See Roles and Permissions for the Sandbox Admin and Sandbox User roles.
How to create a sandbox
- Open Sandboxes in your workspace (for example
johnsinsurancecorp.teluul.com). - Confirm you still have a free sandbox slot (see Sandbox Billing).
- Enter a sandbox name using letters and numbers (this becomes part of the sandbox subdomain).
- Create the sandbox and wait while it provisions. This usually takes a few minutes.
- When status is ready, open the sandbox or assign users (see Assigning Sandbox Users).
If you hit your limit, buy another sandbox seat first, or ask a billing admin to buy one for your account.
How to delete a sandbox
- Open Sandboxes.
- Choose the sandbox you no longer need.
- Delete it and confirm. Teluul tears down that sandbox subdomain and its data. Your production workspace is not affected.
Only Sandbox Admins (and other roles that can manage sandboxes) can delete sandboxes.
